Answer calls
If Google Assistant is on, you can answer or decline a call with your voice. You can say: "Hey Google, answer the call." "Hey Google, reject the call."
Go to Settings > Siri & Search > Announce Calls, then choose an option. When a call comes in, Siri identifies the caller, and asks if you want to answer the call. Say “yes” to accept the call or “no” to decline it.
You're still going to need a “hey Google” or an “ok Google” command to answer a call. Incoming calls will show up as notifications on your Android phone, then you just need to say “hey Google, answer call” (or something along those lines) to pick up without lifting a finger.

Unfortunately for Android users, there isn't an option that works for every Android brand. Since each Android phone is different, you should check the accessibility settings to see if there's one for your device.

Answer a call
To turn on Quick phrases, say “Hey Google, open Assistant settings” > tap Quick phrases > turn on the phrases you want to use. With Quick phrases for incoming calls turned on, to answer an incoming call, say, “Answer,” or to silence the call, say, “Decline.”

- Silence the incoming call alert. Press the upper or lower part of the Volume key when you get a call. The incoming call alert is silenced and the call continues until it's ended or diverted.
- Answer a call. Press and drag the accept call icon right.
- End call. Press the end call icon.
To answer the call, swipe the white circle to the top of the screen when your phone is locked, or tap Answer.

Why does my phone pick up calls automatically?
If you do not set "Ring (default)" for unknown callers Call Screen will automatically answer/decline all calls from unknown callers.
When you get a call when your iPhone is locked, it will be a Slide to Unlock, but when you receive a call when your iPhone is unlocked, it will be the Answer and Decline buttons. Edit: The reason why this is the case is to prevent accidental decline or accepting of calls.

Use your voice
Just say Siri* or Hey Siri, then immediately say what you need. Set up how to get Siri's attention in Settings > Siri & Search, tap Listen for, and then turn on Siri or Hey Siri.

If the screen lock is turned off, press Accept. If the screen lock is turned on, press and drag the accept call icon right. Press the end call icon to end the call and return to the home screen.
