🏢 We are pleased to share that Prof. Dr. Christian Rödl LL. M., our Managing Partner and Chairman of the Management Board and Dr. Felix Madeja, Managing Partner & Head of Finance & Taxes from Germany, along with our colleagues from Latvia and Lithuania, visited our office in Estonia. It was a great pleasure to welcome 🤝 our guests and introduce them to our new facilities in Tallinn. During their visit, we had the opportunity to engage in productive discussions on several topics, including strategy, future plans, and current market trends.This visit marked a significant step in strengthening our shared goals and #cooperation throughout the #Balticregion. Last week, on the International Day of Cultural Diversity started the first Rödl & Partner #DiversityWeek! During the Diversity Week was opportunity to take a part exciting presentations, seminars on the origins of #stereotypes and employee retention. These sessions provided deeper insights into the richness of diversity. We in decided to celebrate the Diversity Week (21.-28.05) in style as #tolerance and #understanding/accepting diverse cultures are precious things in our nowadays world and that’s why we organized two lunch time events to spread the intercultural experiences amongst colleagues.🎨 On Tuesday we organized a common „Lunch Break with World Travellers“. We encouraged colleagues to think about their best or most interesting travel experiences and show some souvenirs. Also we set the table with „international food“ - with Bolivian chicken and Japanese sushi, Bolognese pizza and Greek salad, macrons and eclairs and some more most delicious treats. The lunch break passed too quickly with lots of nice memories and chatting and tasting good food. 🍕 🥨 🍣 On Wednesday there was a quiz and board game lunch. As a special Estonian Rödl office souvenir is a board game „Conquer the World with Rödl & Partner“ we decided to organize a game tournament. 🎲🎲🎲We introduced some European towns featured in the game on posters and found some interesting facts about their Rödl offices. Later there was also a short quiz about the towns and everyone could shine with their new knowledge. The game tournament was really „hot“ with lots of giggles. Every participant was later rewarded with a chocolate gold medal and the best quizzers received prizes.The events were funny and well received, we could learn about other #cultures, but also about our own colleagues. We all agree that this kind of event could grow to a tradition of ours! ✨
